They did an excellent job fixing my car. My only issue, is that if they are going to use the app to update maybe have an option of putting more details on the progress of the work being done. Or a periodic call to inform the progress. After my date being changed 2 times I called to find out what was happening.

The paint and new fender repairs along with the wheel were good but the fact that the hood latch is still bent from where I was hit in the driver side when I got the car back was disappointing. It took me 1 minute of looking the car over to realize this issue and I was told all the damages from the accident had been fixed. I was left with a quarter inch gap or so on the driver side between my hood and fender and on the passenger side it’s almost touching the fender with barely any space in between
