Having an accident especially when it wasn’t our fault is always difficult. Our insurance company suggested Caliber Collision at your location and said you were very highly rated. I was assured by the Caliber staff that my car would be able to use the original parts. After market parts would not be needed since everything was salvageable. Come to find out that wasn’t true. Good, side panel and headlights had gaps and chrome was peeling off (was not like that before). I asked for my original parts or for car to be returned to accident status and they refused stating it was Travelers policy.
