Very much appreciated them explaining the process to me, showing me where I could get money back, helping with other little bangs from car doors etc nearby, and returning the car very clean. My only source of dissatisfaction is I made it very clear to address me, but my husband was addressed over and over again throughout the process, which makes me feel "less than" a man. This is not right.

Really, really hated being addressed by my husband's name repeatedly because this is what Geico had on file. That's a stupid excuse. Even this survey came to MY phone, addressed to my husband. It reinforces a misognistic society and I pointed out when I dropped off the car that it was my car, my accident, and my phone number, yet I repeatedly was addressed by my husband's name. That is unacceptable in today's day and age. Respect the individual.

Everyone I talked to was so pleasant and helpful. How my car was damaged was very stressful but Dwight was very polite, understanding and very good at explaining the repair process. I was very very surprised the repairs were completed as quickly as they were. My car looks beautiful
