Dwight was awesome with keeping me informed, a really nice guy but the repair took too long. I was told it would take a week and it took over a month. I'm thinking I probably should have taken it directly to Buick for the repairs. I still have not received the pictures of the sunroof that needs repair work according to Caliber Collision's team.

Everyone on staff was friendly and knowledgeable. When I went in for my estimate, sitting in the waiting room, I was impressed with how the staff treated each other. They showed genuine care for each other. Kudos to a great team. Thank you for the great work on my car.

From the start meeting with Merrina and her assistant, they treated me great and were very professional with great senses of humor. Merrina got my vehicle repaired in a matter of two days of my initial appointment. She called and kept me updated. Price was fair. Much better than the dealership. Lastly, the repair was done beyond satisfactory and they even washed and cleaned the inside of my truck. It was cleaner than when I had dropped it off to them. I will definitely recommend them and return if I ever need body work. Thanks !

The repairs on my truck were done as if nothing ever happened! Merrina is great & straight forward. I was updated every day on repairs so I stayed in the loop and the work was done ahead of schedule. Great place, team & candy! Thanks Caliber!

Xais Thao did a very good job on my car repairment. He did it in a very timely manner and completed the task before expected finished date. Definitely recommend Caliber Collision and the mechanic Xais to doing more projects. If any more repairments need to be done, I would love to request for his service again
