The car looks perfect. The repair was quick and everyone I spoke to was courteous and very thorough in the inspection process when I brought the car in for the estimate. Very pleased, and while I hope to never need a collision repair ever again, I would not hesitate to use your service if needed.

I have a clip that has been coming loose on the front of my vehicle since I got the repairs done. Also both of my headlights are loose

I guess the customer service reps were talking about if I would come back in and get my vehicle fixed or not. When I came in while taking care of me one mentioned under her breath that if she would have bet money she would have lost. I suppose she assumed that because I was paid by some else’s insurance company that I would just keep the money and not get my vehicle fixed, but that wasn’t the case.
