Great communication, excellent work on the car, only thing was that I had to take the car back into the shop (Monro) the day after I got it back from Caliber because there was a long sharp sheath of metal that had perforated my tire (possibly material from the auto body shop, but one can only assume); also my breaks sounded grindy and when they looked at them they were in really bad shape/metal on metal. They did say that the mechanics at Caliber (with the Type of repair they had done) should have noticed the breaks without a doubt and at least notified me that they were in dangerous shape (after all it was due to the car breaking poorly/not being able to stop in time that I got into the accident in December to begin with. I did mention it to them and they did relay the information to the appropriate people. I did appreciate that.

They did a great job and so far my car is prefect. And every time I did call to get information about my car I was given information in great detail. Unfortunately, every time I did talk to someone there was more issues with my car causing more and more days to be added to the amount of time it took to complete my care. I would still recommend it mainly due to the life time warranty.
