The issues I encountered may have been due to timing - that being Abra changing to Caliber. I would suggest when dropping off a car contact information is reviewed to make sure everything is correct. I want to note all employees were very nice and accommodating.

My initial appointment was for Mon. Oct. 28th. That's when Abra was changing to Caliber so computer systems were being changed. The waiting area was filled as information was being transferred. I volunteered to bring my car in the next day when the transfer of computer systems and information was more settled. It would have been better for Caliber to close for that day to adjust to the transfer.

Overall mostly satisfied with my experience. Nate was great in accommodating my vehicle repair, ensuring all issues were addressed, not charging additional costs, and getting it done in a timely manner. He even helped to jump start my vehicle when it was dead upon picking it up. The only slight complaints I have are one of my personal items in my vehicle was broken, I would have liked more communication about scheduling my vehicle after calling multiple times, and communication about what was done/found with my vehicle without having to ask for that information. The front desk was going to hand me my keys without any explanation of repairs completed.
