I got the first call 3 weeks into the repair saying the car was complete and good to pick up. I show up and every panel touched either had new or preexisting paint damage that was supposed to be fixed as was not. None of the panels fit correctly, parts were missing, and I found multiple spots around the car that were still damaged, and had been ignored. It took another 2 weeks for them to address these issues. They have zero clue to to do a professional job and the only good point was the counter lady, Michelle. She was super communicative and tried her best to be helpful. I will never use Caliber again and will be letting everyone I know about the poor service “provided”.

Everyone I had interaction with was extremely kind. Heather was a godsend for my peculiar situation. She was courteous, understanding and definitely went above and beyond- giving me full confidence in the work to be done and daily updates every step of the way. I would highly recommend Calliber Collision.

I brought the car in for an estimate. Was told when I arrived that I was dropping it off for repair . When I picked the car up there were warning lights showing on the panel indicating something wrong with the engine and brakes. I addressed the problem with the brakes( it existed prior to the collision). The other light still indicated something wrong. I have an appointment to have a mechanic look at the other warning this week.

Apparently with the company still using the same door ..u can open door even when door is locked makes its dangerous and no door should be able to open at all when your car door is locked..I think with the amount of money that was charged and long as they kept my vehicle ..a new door should have been ordered
