the body repairs were done well. However, there is a trim that was replaced but it definitely does not fit well. Another trim has been ordered to replace it. I am still waiting. Additionally, the interior of the car was left very dirty and dusty, with some stains in the back seat. This was a new car (2025), which I, and only I use. Nobody has ever sat in the back seat of the car and it was returned to me in terrible conditions. I am not happy at all with the way that was carelessly handled. Also, I am not happy that not all the parts replaced were factory or dealer parts, considering that is is a new car.

Ultimately the service, communication, and work that was done was all top notch. I just did not love that it took two and a half weeks to do the job. Maybe that’s normal for fixing up a modern bumper but that is a long time to be without your car. Otherwise very happy with the experience.

I brought my car in with a full tank of gas but got it back with only 3/4 of a tank. That’s a lot of gas missing to just drive my car to Goodyear. One of my floor mats is missing. My head rest on the driver side was raised. I locked my glove compartment before I left my car, it was opened when I got it back. The inside of my car was dusty. My radio station was changed.

Great customer service. My score of 9 instead of 10 was due to the minor bumps on the top coat that were missed at pickup. My 10-15 wait for the techs to buff my car was almost 40 minutes.
