They accurately quoted the time for repair, they kept in constant communication and were quick to update me on any changes, the car looked great and everyone was really friendly and easy to talk to.

While I'm supremely happy with the customer service with my complex repairs there is one small thing that was not correct. The mirror adjuster on the door was reinstalled at an angle and I cannot adjust the mirrors. I planned on calling as I'm sure they can fix this in minutes.

Alex was great. My car had a break failure while testing, unrelated to the damage it was in to have repaired. Alex reached out immediately and worked with the dealership to have them fix those issues before Caliber could complete their repairs. The mirror adjuster wasn't set quite right, but I brought it down and they fixed that in 5 minutes while I waited.
