The associates at Caliber Collision kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs of our car. When it going to take more time, because the door they ordered did arrive as they were told. He explained to us why they had to order the door. It had to do with California law. Caliber Collision worked with both the insurance company and the car rental. Such a great establishment! The service here is outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and treated with honesty and respect. At no point did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of. I've been here on two separate occasions. The first time was after I was involved in an accident, and my insurance covered the repairs. When I reviewed the estimate, everything seemed fair and reasonable—it didn't look like they were trying to overcharge the insurance company. The repairs were completed quickly, my car looked like new again, and they even stand behind their work with a warranty. The second time, I brought my car in to repair a damaged door and paid out of pocket. Jack explained that the repair could be a little expensive because of the amount of work involved, but he gave me a fair quote. To my surprise, when I picked up my car, the final price was actually lower than the original estimate! My 2015 Honda Pilot looks fantastic. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, high-quality auto body repairs. They've earned a customer for life, and I'll be referring all my family and friends here!
