The dent in my door was satisfactorily repaired. The paint job was nicely done. I was not satisfied with the cleaning of my vehicle. When I complained, the manager told me, "We're a body shop, not a detailer," yet an ad in the Caliber office advertised a "professional detailing service." I also had to return because a cable inside the door was not secured upon reassembly.

Considering I was at a collision shop because someone else damaged my car, I wasn’t exactly thrilled to be there. But from the moment I arrived for my estimate, Craig was fantastic. He took the time to explain his recommended repair, how the work would be completed, which parts needed to be replaced, and what could safely be reused. The communication throughout the entire process was consistent, clear, and accurate. They even finished my vehicle a few days ahead of the estimated completion date. They turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an enjoyable one—which sounds odd to say about collision repairs, but it’s true. And to top it off, my vehicle looks incredible. Thank you, Craig and the entire team! I truly appreciate the outstanding service.
