I was told by a representative that the vehicle would be getting an alignment and a tank of gas when dropping it off. This did not happen.

Things went quickly, but part of the damage that we pointed out when bringing the car in went completely unaddressed. After pointing this out upon pickup we were told we will receive a call about coming back to fix the rest but no call has come.

Dealing with car repairs and insurance can be overwhelming, but she was incredibly communicative, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire process. 100%. Caliber repaired my teenage daughter's car roof for free, even though she didn't have collision coverage, after some vandals caved it in, a few years ago. I recommend them to everyone, and I won't take my cars anywhere else.
