Meticulous detail on what sections of the car were affected by the deer hit, areas that at first I didn’t even noticed. Bill Dixon went thru the whole process and explained what parts will be worked on and which parts would most likely need replacing. He showed me the vin sticker on the door and mentioned that a new sticker will come later once the door gets replace, still waiting on that vin sticker
