Left the A post trim on the driver side loose. Not a big problem for me but I had to snap it back in place. Someone less mechanically inclined may have been extremely upset.

Having recently move to Grand Rapids, I didn’t know where to take my vehicle, so I followed the suggestions of my insurance company. When I arrived at Caliber Collision, I was greeted by a friendly staff and a very pleasant and clean office. My anxiety lessened when Brad walked out with me to my vehicle and surveyed the damage so thoroughly and explained what he was observing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated how well he kept me updated. My vehicle looks brand new! Excellent job and I’m very happy I came to Caliber Collision. My vehicle was ready sooner than I expected, and everything flowed so seamlessly with insurance company and car rental agency. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to family and friends. Quality of repair was satisfactory other than leaving used sandpaper in my vehicle. Office staff was less than impressive. I was suppose to get my quote within a day after inspection. Got it two weeks later once I called to follow up. They also could not find the paperwork I completed and I had to do it again.

I was totally satisfied with the work done on the car and how well you all cleaned the car. The only complaint I have is the little bit of confusion with my insurance company and the up front process of coordination with them. This may not be Bradds fault at all as my insurance company has been changing there protocal. So think a bit more up front work would of been nice.
