The shop was very welcoming and clean! The front desk person/receptionist was accommadating and knowledgeable which assisted with my aniexty (first time got into an accident/Hit and Run) I believe her name was Nancy at the Grandview store. She was amazing in making the experience pleasant. As far as Aaron, very professional and responsive to my questions and the quality and time it took for him to have my vechile done was exceptional! Great staff that what makes Caliber Collision the only place I would go too and recommend to family and friends!

Job was done quickly and made things easy. Had the rental car company pick me up to get my rental car. And I was able to leave the rental car there. They had a payment plan that I could use. Was easy as well. The work done was great. Car looks like nothing ever happened. Very satisfied.
