Caliber Collision in Grandview did an amazing job repairing my car! It looks brand new again. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and made sure I always knew what was going on. Their estimation seems accurate and finished repair works in time. They gave ride to my home, so no need to rent a car. I am not mechanic, but love their works n my car looks better now. Thanks their kindness understanding over my situation n good job. If I need body shop, I will use them tough I hope no more accident. Thanks Caliber and Aaron who inform me what I need to know of.

The front desk lady was very nice when i dropped the truck off but very rude after i came back to pick the truck up and found multiple issues with the work they did and Aaron seems like a nice guy but definitely a business man and didnt want to fix the headlight they broke

Unfortunately, this has been the 2nd time in the past few years that I have needed to use their services. It is frustrating when you are without your vehicle and a way to get around. Nancy is AMAZING! She helped me navigate getting a rental and AV, AD, and AB were great. They kept me informed about my car. My insurance tried to send me somewhere else and I was not doing it. I know that Caliber takes good care of their customers!!!
