Everyone at the Grandview Mo location was amazing throughout the whole process! The precess was explained well from the start. I loved getting the daily text keeping me in the loop of how my repairs were progressing. They even had the car ready sooner than expected! The Prius looks great, Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Went in for body damage in which they did fix it’s not perfect but it’s better than what I had..when my vehicle was returned I instantly noticed they scratched on my window tint i told them of it before leaving the parking lot still no one is responding or updating me but was told they would fix it…..pulled in for one thing leaving out having to fix another

Dripping paint under the handle. Molding was not put back with good double sided tape. Interior was dusty as heck. Driver side rear door rattles. Door handle inserts to cover screws wasn’t even snapped into place.

No updates unless I called. Told to pick up vehicle and after arranging afternoon, was told don’t come, we forgot something.
