From beginning to end the customer service was 10/10. I would recommend anyone to trust their vehicle with Caliber Collision 100%. Ms. Nancy and everyone were totally awesome. I can’t thank them enough for how they listened to me and understood my situation when it came to the awful adjuster that was assigned to my claim. But in the end, when it was time to pick up my vehicle, seeing my car look new again made me feel sooo happy😊! Thank you again to the family at Caliber Collision for an amazing job!

Major area was taken care of amazingly! But, there were some small dents on the side which didnt get any attention. Idk if this was the body shop overlooking it or the insurance claim not approving. Also, I believe my AC fan was effected as it was making a noise, and that is still the same.

When I went in to get an estimate on my vehicle Aaron was very helpful. He went over the damages with me, we discussed the damages, and talked about the repairs how long it would take and the color matching. They fix my car had it back to me in a couple of weeks just as we discussed and the car was beautiful. I was very satisfied with the timing and the quality of job that they did on my vehicle. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for repairs.
