If I could give a 20/10 I would! The customer service was above and beyond. Other shops couldn't get to us until multiple weeks out. Your shop had my car towed and the process rolling less than 24 hours from the accident. We got constant updates and they finished ahead of schedule. No matter where we move, we will always use this shop, even though it's not the closest. We are telling everyone we know to use them also!
