Working with Caliber was a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful the entire process. I was being updated about the entire process as well. My car was ready earlier than expected and looked amazing. They also cleaned my car as well so that was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone.

Everything was perfect until picking up the car and we got there apparently too close to time to go and we were putting the desk people out by holding them up. But the door wasn’t locked either so idk. Otherwise, the absolute best service the entire time. Appreciated all of the updates and the service peeps were wonderful!

After picking up the vehicle It had 3 different calibration issues with different systems that were not reset correctly. Further upon checking the tire pressure the passenger side tires were over inflated by 10psi. After correcting the tire pressure the car does not drive straight and needs an alignment. It appears that the tires were over inflated on one side to mask the improper alignment job. Also, the headlight that was supposedly replaced is completely scratched and is clearly not a new headlight housing. Also not a big issue, but my metal tire cap was missing from the tire which wheel was replaced. In short, it needs a sensor recalibration, and a proper alignment.

Took my 2015 Subaru outback for front fender repair and the body work was excellent. But there were several critical issues with the saftey systems and alignment after picking it up. However, Aaron took time to personally investigate the issues and correct them. He provided the best customer service experience I've had with automotive repair. 10 stars for Aaron and Caliber for providing exceptional customer service.
