The work and service was great. The employees were always so nice and professional. Only reason I gave it a 9 was because I feel like there was a lot of time between updates while they had the vehicle, but not really that big of a deal. I could always call if I was that hard up for an update.

I am very satisfied. My repair took longer than expected due to parts not being available. That was not Calibers fault. Danny kept me informed on the status in a timely manner. The repair looks amazing! They even touched up a few other scratches. My vehicle was delivered clean both inside and out. I would highly recommend Caliber in Grandview MO.

Nanny was very helpful and made it so easy dropping off my vehicle and making sure to call enterprise to come pick me up to get my rental And when my car was ready, she called me and told me just to drop off the rental there and jump in my car.Paperwork was easy work drive my vehicle to front door and came in and walked out with me and went over the vehicle I really appreciate there business
