They are genuinely welcoming folks, making matters simple and fast. The communication is excellent. The work was done earlier than estimated which was reasonable to begin with. They cleaned inside out of the car after the body repair. My car looked so nice when i picked it up. The paint job is wonderfully done. I would recommend this location of Caliber Collision.

In my nearly four decades of managing shops in the world of automotive repair and maintenance I have always prided myself on honest customer communications and professionalism. My first encounter with Caliber Collision (Grandview, MO) exceeded my expectations. With Caliber being a huge nationwide corporate network of local businesses, I guess I expected to be treated like a number, rather than a person. Instead, I found people who were congenial, experienced, and excellent communicators. The repairs were done in a VERY timely fashion exactly as estimated with professional quality and a lifetime warranty. I am very pleased, to say the least. Thank you Nancy, Aaron, and Danny ! And as Danny said in jest, "I hope we don't have to see you again" but if I do - it will be because of my confidence they've earned on my first visit.

Car was returned in good condition but did need some vacuuming and cleaning of dust on many interior surfaces. Also it still smells of either adhesive or paint now 5 days after pickup and I think I need to bring it back to have the rear glass or hatch seal tightened as I get a loud road noise when vehicles pass me or me them.

I was very pleased with the final job! I thought they got all the parts before I left my car But they had to wait for more parts! Since I had to pay for the rental car it cost me added money! Overall it was a good experience!
