Malcom and Edgar were great and made the whole experience very easy. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. This location did great work and was very communicative to ensure I was aware of everything being done to my vehicle. I would highly recommend the Caliber in Grayslake!

Spoke with several employees while there, including Edgar, to fix some hail damage on most sky-facing body panels and was told it would take 4 to 7 days to be fixed, which is what other shops had told me. Got a call after 3 days saying it would be ready the following morning. Car looks perfect and you'd never know there were ever dents in the first place! Should I ever have any more body damage, I would go here again and would also recommend to others.

There was a lack of clarity at the beginning of seeking their services. The insurance agent told me to get the estimate first, but Caliber said to file the claim first. In the end, I think it's best to get the insurance claim first. Also, on the door it says no appointment needed for estimates, but I had to book one a week from when I first walked through the door. I made a mention of this to the staff and didn't get a response other than just an "okay."
