They were extremely helpful pleasant and accommodating. Ed, the manager is who I dealt with most and he was fantastic. I've only had the car back a few days now but so far the work looks like and seems to be well done. The overall experience was outstanding. Oh...the only thing I think could have been a little improvement on is the part for the main component of work that I was bringing the car in for was delay through the dealership in obtaining it. Think it should have been ordered in advance. but I don't think the order was placed until after I arrived for my appt so it cost me about 2 extra days of rental car coverage out of pocket. (About $85/$90)

They were ready for me when I came in. Professional, helpful and honest. They kept me apprised of what was going on. My car looks brand new, and was ready early. I hope I have no more accidents but will use them again if I do.

They repaired the obvious dents from hail but they should have told me about all of the paint chips as well. I couldn’t see them when the car was dirty but saw them the next sunny day. Also there are three new scrapes by the window where the chrome was replaced. I’m not really a complainer so wasn’t going to say anything.
