Communication started out great. Malcom called and provided updates the first two days the car was in the shop. The communication quickly waned thereafter. I then followed up several times on my own accord, every time I called I was told the vehicle should be ready "tomorrow". This went on for well over a week. The vehicle was returned with an unexplained paint gouge at the edge of the hood on the drivers side.

Staff was always friendly and accommodating when I called, but being that Caliber is providing a service to a party/individual, that party/individual should not have the responsibility of having to fish for updates regarding the status of the repair. communication started out great. We were very satisfied with the entire experience. The only thing that we were surprised about was that the actual repair cost and the estimated was approximately a $500 difference. The other body shop we used for an estimate was very similar to Caliber's final price. We understand it's challenging to do these types of estimates, but the other repair shop we used for an estimate had it figured out and there wouldn't have been any surprises.
