Edgar took great care of me from the moment I dropped my car off until I picked it up. He communicated with me during the process and I never felt like I was left in the dark, wondering what was going on with my car. They repaired it quickly too! only issue I had with the process is having to take my car back because the driver’s door handle sensor wasn’t functioning properly. It was an inconvenience but Edgar made it right. He said “bring it in first thing in the morning and we’ll fix it in 15 min!” They really did get me in an out within 15 min for the follow up appt.

It took a week longer than it should!,because the paint department missed a dent on my right bedside!,and they ripped the decal! I'm waiting on a call from them to replace the 4x4 decal!

Well Edgar said there was a problem,1st he said the paint didn't match,2nd time there was a dent missed, I stopped in and the bedside was in primor again! (With the truck all assembled) i don't know why the painter didn't see the dent/(paint srinkage) before the assembly was done.

I went to Caliber because I had worked with the previous GM Edward who had been amazing. I was surprised he was no longer with Caliber but the quality of worked didn't seem to change from previous repairs.
