I dropped my truck off on June 22. I was given that Friday (June 26) as a completion date. Someone had reached out to me on June 23rd about Transferring my truck to Green Bay to get the work done, which I was cool with. Upon calling on Monday (June 29th) they had not yet reach out to me about any updates. When I called I was told parts had just gotten ordered and were not expected to be delivered until Wednesday (June 30th, July 1st). Right there, why did I have a 7:30 appointment on the 22nd and it didn’t even get worked on until the 30th-1st. I’m satisfied with the work everything looks great, but the communication was not good, and I was without my vehicle for a week and a half to find out parts weren’t even ordered when I had called. I finally got it back today, 1 month later when it was expected to be back in a week.

Appreciate the f/u when insurance insisted on the type of bumper and it was incorrectly fitting but with help of tech Juan this was redone.

Professional and courteous were those that we interacted with. We are happy with the repair. We know the color is as close as can be. The left side seam from front bumper to side panel is just slightly off. The right side is perfectly aligned. We are happy with the repair.

I have been without my truck for 2 1/2 months. I finally get to pick it up and I am so very disappointed. I paid $18,000 out of my pocket only to get it back in worse condition that it was. It vers to the right hard makes a noise when you turn left. And the engine makes a sound. And looking at it from the back you can completely see that's it's lopsided. Not to mention i was charged $95,00 for towing and the inside wasn't e en clean. My door had grease on it. I'm am totally disgusted. For $18,000 ir should be made right and I should have gotten it back clean I am so depressed
