Todd at Caliber Collision was very kind, friendly and informative. He made sure to reassure us to reach out with any questions/concerns. The work was done within a timely manner, they even cleaned up the inside of the vehicle a little bit. 🥹 Excellent service!

I see on another person's veical was a 2024 yellow ford Branco your color patch was so off half was yellow then you tries to blend into fenders could see that it was not at all the right color yellow and you did an orange with white. Looked horrible but it was my friends veical his problem. Two of us guys at work look out window and could tell it's was not blended at all right looked like a guy trying to paint for his first time. I guess we all have to start out somewhere.

Didn't us oem parts bumper cover dosnt line up properly not flush with rest of bumper. I had a guy from work today point it out to me told me that he would of been upset because it would let water, snow and salt in and rust out prematurely.

Everyone I talked to was nice very respectful and understanding. I got my truck back job looked good to a point. I understanding it's Sherman Williams brand not bad quality very forgiving products. I have one issue is the plastic bumper trim is not seated properly into place. I understand it's not oem but it could of been adjusted to be lined up properly. Other then that clear looked decent couple of spots I can see looks decent blended well. I'm not a painter only painted one veical with single stage paint.

Paint job looks nice. Couldn’t find any flaws. All door work probably. Car drives as it did before the accident. Repairs were quick. Everything got done 2 weeks sooner than expected.
