I picked up the car when it was parked outside for two days in the snow. I have not yet been able to see the car totally melted off to evaluate the quality of of the work

The actual repair was fine, but there was an issue with the care of our vehicle while it was in your possession. The manager and employees are aware of the situation but I was appalled and very disappointed with that aspect of the experience. I picked it up today and the actual repairs seem fine.
