We were highly satisfied with the repair results! You could never tell where we were hit from the accident! We were very happy to see how Caliber Collision took their precious time to clean up our car inside and out! We were amazed at how hard they worked at vacuuming and dusting the interior! The team at the Howard location did a great job with the repairs on my car. Looking at the car after the repairs you never know that the car was ever in an accident. Again, they did a fantastic job with the repairs

They worked on my car for an insurance claim and when I got it back it was missing a very obvious piece of the bumper and still makes the same sound in the front end. I talked to the manager and he told me it wasn’t their fault and he wouldn’t take it back without payment or the insurance company ok’ing that they diagnose it again. IT WAS DIAGNOSED ALREADY AND THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. What a scam.
