Our main issue was when my wife went to take the car. Forgot it was appointment only, dropped off the car first thing in the morning and my wife was treated very rudely by the receptionist. So much so another employee even made eye contact with my wife with wide open eyes. After that we were told that repairs did not start on that day because forms weren't signed, however they had been signed but maybe misplaced? After that things went much more smoothly

The body work was done well. The trim piece on my wheel well is secure but has some flex near the impact point that isn’t there when comparing to the other wheel wells that indicates it may have been reattached rather than replaced.

The quality of work and customer service was excellent. The reason why I'm giving a 9 is because the back seat area was not cleaned prior to releasing the car back to me. There was dust/residue all along by the back window and seat area along with some masking tape left near the window. I was able to take care of the cleanup myself. I will most definitely use caliber collision again, and I will be sure to inspect the interior more thoroughly in the future, as I didn't notice this until the next day.
