It took two months to get my side mirror replaced. The communication was horrible. The only time I got an update was when I called. I will never use the shop off Butler road again. Worst experience ever.

I was very impressed at how I was treated and how quick they got my vehicle in the shop. Yes it took longer than expected for repair, but I was ok with that. Robert Hall and the receptionist were both very attentive and very pleasant and personable people to assist me in this. As far as the repair, I just got my car back today and so far looks great!

We are so impressed with the work done on our car! Everything with our Caliber experience was exceptional from the moment we walked in the door! They all made it so easy, seemless, and actually enjoyable. Robert went above and beyond to care for us and did absolutely excellent work! He even made my kids hot chocolate when we came in to drop the car off. They think he is the best :) we could not say enough kind things about him and how nice he had our car looking when we came back to pick it up! The work as done thoroughly and timely and we are so grateful! Thank you Robert and the amazing team at Caliber! You guys rock!

We had the vehicle one day when a two day rain completely saturated the inside of our car damaging contents. It was returned to them and they ran a leak test and discovered multiple leaks. They repaired those and performed another leak test and found more leaks. I still do NOT have my car and the rental they provided is not comparable to my car.
