This is the third Caliber location we have used. The only issue I had with this location was the communication. The one in Lexington and the Northeast both sent text messages daily or every other day with updates. We had to look at an email for this location to let us know updates and if the car was ready.

This is my 2nd visit. Keri and Daniel were both very helpful with resolving the repair. The service was done excellently in a timely manner. The whole experience was completed within one week and I only lost 1 day of use of my car. If I need their services in the future, I will not hesitate to use them again.
