The repair is fine. Caliber. I would not choose the shop again because our situation was poorly managed.

The guy managing our repair dropped the ball often and wasn’t great at communication. We brought the car in on a Monday and it remained untouched for 7 days. That’s unacceptable since we set the appt a month in advance. When our car was finally taken apart, 7 days later, more damage was found and I was told that would add more time to our repair. A manager stepped in to help after j reached my limit and our car was finished after 10 days. There is no excuse for our car to remain untouched for 7 days when we had an appointment scheduled 1 month out. I will never go there again.

I feel that caliber collision did a good job with the car but because of supply chain issues it took 3 1/2 weeks instead of five days which was the estimated time that they gave me.

So the driver -side windowseems tight to the point of sqeeking until then I was saying wow . If this could be arrested and night nothing else occurs I'll be satisfied.
