The new bracket for the left front tire scrapes in the inside of the wheel. Slightly different engine sounds since the crash. Minor I hope.

I was given false time estimates twice and told untruths blamed on another vendor instead of the manager at Caliber getting to the bottom of the issue prior to contacting me the second planned pickup day about four hours prior to pickup to extend me out for the second time for multiple days. This is something I should have been notified the week prior when they knew about the delay. I had to call them on accepting responsibility for failing to provide my wheel to the shop in a timely manner for repair once I found out the true story myself. This delay was a huge inconvenience and there was no attempt to correct their own faults. It should be better regulated with better communication instead of waiting for the day of pickup when they knew the Friday before.

The initial phone call to set up for repairs after I had already received the quote from Caliber Collision seemed to be a little confusing with the person answering the phone. Weeks later when I called to confirm my appointment it was not set, but this new individual was very clear and kind to get me scheduled and things moved along nicely. I’m very pleased.

The receptionist while I was there was very helpful and hospitable during my time of waiting for a transport. Keith and Robert were excellent in their service . They were helpful if I had questions. They took great care of my car as if it was their own just about and their service was excellent. I could not have ask for better a place for repairs and help..These people work well as a team to get the work done on time. and I think they did an excellent job I no dought will recommend them to friends and family when they need repairs also.Thank you !
