Kevin (put someone else's name on the inspection sheet) who initially inspected my Jeep said the work would take 3 hours. Checked on progress four hours to be informed that the process was going to be two days. Amy and Robert were fantastic in getting my Jeep to me the next morning. They went above and beyond. Amy was able to set me up with Enterprise for a rental for that evening.

I just want to say THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!!! I know we’re not suppose to attach to materialistic things but I worked hard to have what I have so my feelings were truly hurt over someone else negligence. However, I am grateful for my experience with Caliber it was a blessing to get my car back quickly and not to mention it looks amazing, even better than when I drove it off the car lot. The team was so nice, friendly very welcoming and not to mention sufficient and tons of communication through varies ways (text, calls).
