Robert at the E. Butler Rd. location did a fantastic job on a collision repair, and I had him repaint the side panel from sun damage, also exceptional! The car looks like new I would recommend anybody go to the E. Butler Rd. location in Greenville South Carolina

Robert did an amazing job on my Durango. He communicated every step of the way. They were even finished way ahead of schedule. I was able to have my vehicle back cleaned and looking brand new a week earlier than expected. Super excited and happy with the outcome of the entire process. Definitely recommend! The receptionist was very pleasant and kind. And lots of help on the phone and at the shop!

When I first called this Caliber location, Keith and Amy were quick to answer my questions and work me into their schedule. They were happy to work around my schedule as well and took my car in while I was on vacation. This prevented me from having to pay for a rental at any point which was more than appreciated. I got my car back and it looked brand new again, even the inside that wasn’t damaged before. It was like picking up my car for the first time again. They had it waiting out front as soon as I arrived and took care of invoicing the insurance company without my involvement. I would highly recommend working with this Caliber location!

I am incredibly pleased with CALIBER COLLISION. One morning, I stopped my car to let deers pass, but one still managed to damage my car. However, the entire process with CALIBER COLLISION has been the best experience. The manager Keith and his assistant Amy is beyond AWESOME, and their work ethic in completing the job perfectly the first time is beyond impressive.
