Took longer than told and communication was poor for most of the repair. The GM of the E Butler's Road location got involved late and was great at communicating and made sure the repair was done right and quickly.

Initially, communication was not great and it took twice as long for the repair as we were told originally. The GM apologized and communicated well at the end and made sure we got our vehicle back. I appreciate his care and communication.
