I’ve never used caliber collision in the past gotten an accident, and it was the preferred shop of my insurance company Progressive. From start to finish it was handled quickly and efficiently. They kept me updated almost every day on the process. Derek was fantastic with the updates. Had to bring my truck to the Woodruff Road caliber collision because they specialize in the aluminum hood repair for the 2016 Ford F250. If I have to pick a shop in the future, it would definitely be caliber collision. You can’t even tell that it was in an accident. Superior job paint matching, all of the gaps between the fenders, hood and grill are perfectly done. Excellent work and fantastic customer service, thank you Caliber Collision.

Derek was fantastic with the customer service and sending texts on the updates almost on a daily basis. The girl at the front desk did a great job. Also I forget her name. I think it was Ashley, but Derek is the one I mainly talked with excellent job.
