I was MORE than satisfied. The office personnel were all professional, attentive, and polite. And the gentleman who worked directly with me, Taylor, was exceptional. For example, he called me on Monday to tell me he would be calling me on Tuesday to let me know exactly when my car would be ready. That first phone call was so thoughtful, because it allowed me to schedule my Tuesday accordingly.
