Andrea was so helpful, friendly and welcoming. She made the intake process so smooth. Such a bright and warm personality. Derek the tech was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! Very thorough and reassuring. Overall, I happy the Caliber Collision on Woodfruff Rd in Greenville. In all fairness, I asked them not to wash the car, but was a bit perplexed as to the amount of dust on the inside of the car. Derek was always responsive and kept me updated on a daily basis. Thank you! Steve Ramsey

Larry repaired my car and I was very satisfied with his way of caring and always kept me updated and when I got my car back it was in perfect condition, like brand new, Larry also answered every question I had without hesitation and you could just tell he loved his job because he cares about the consumers and the vehicles!
