Poor quality of work. 3 attempts to repair, took 3 additional weeks to repair. Felt like the rework was fill in work not priority repair of what was wrong.

The completed work was invisible to my untrained eye so… we’re happy. I really appreciated the constant text updates on the progress of the repairs. Also, the initial estimate process was prompt, professional, methodical, and detailed - all things that make confident in the work being done.
