It was a great experience. Caliber made the process incredibly easy, which was a great relief - especially considering it was an insurance claim. They were also very communicative and friendly. These were all things that have not been our experience at many other repair shops. I would/will highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the great experience and service.

The quality of the repairs were done fairly well but you can tell some of the gaps between fenders and hood, some of the parts that they stated were new and had been replaced looked to be used parts or old parts that they fixed and put back on but charged for new ones on the invoice.

Starting off in the first few weeks of my truck being repaired I was not very happy with the updates that Calliber was giving me. They were not telling the truth on critical dates and the progress of my vehicle

The staff at Caliber was fantastic! They kept me updated on the repairs through the whole process and were so kind as well. They did a beautiful job and my car is as good as new! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Thank you to all the staff and crew for all of your hard work!
