Although I was satisfied, the front desk person initially told me that I needed to secure my own car rental. I went ahead and did that and then got a call from enterprise about a rental set up through caliber. I was able to call my CC company and cancel the one I got, but this was frustrating.

They were excellent regarding keeping me posted on the progress of the repair. It looks like they did an excellent job and were very nice. The repair took longer than I anticipated but it wasn’t their fault and they provided me with a rental car. All is good!
