Despite the long turn around time for my insurance, Sanin was emailing them daily to get the supplement and trying to get repair started on my vehicle as soon as possible. He went above and beyond to make sure I could get my car by the end of the week. He was excellent.

The repair work appears to be fine, however time is needed to see if anything appears. Also the amount of time seemed excessive for the needed repairs. Otherwise I’m satisfied .

Caliber Collision Grimes did an excellent job with the repairs. The paint and bodywork looks perfect. Sanin was very good with timely updates and also took care of my special request with headlights. The interior and exterior were well cleaned and returned in perfect condition. Couldn’t expect more. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Communications on when work would be completed could have been more informative. They were very unwilling to provide any kind of forecast even with any degree of uncertainty and did not always call when they said they would to update on progress.
