Though I had many issues to begin with (not necessarily because of the employees), they were patient, very responsive & turned me in to a HUGE fan!!!

Repairs were supposed to take a week and took 2 weeks because they didn’t notice that additional parts were needed. Updates weren’t provided timely. I was told one day that I could pick my car up between 4:30-5 and on my way, they called and said it wouldn’t be ready because they had just run it through testing of the computer system and it needed additional testing.

Amina was great and always friendly but the technicians I talked to weren’t super helpful. They admitted to missing that additional parts were needed. I used Caliber in Grimes in the fall of 2021 and the service was amazing. It’s definitely gone downhill.
