They were late on their completion date and didn’t finish the job properly. They need to double check their work better before turning over your vehicle. As result I’m going to have to be without a vehicle for a half a day for them to correct their mistakes.

You guys were super nice and helpful, despite state farm taking their sweet time to do anything about my wrecked vehicle sitting in your lot. I also appreciated the help getting items out of my car. I would definitely bring a vehicle here in the future, hopefully under much different circumstances.
