I would recommend them anytime necessary! This is my second time returning to the company after my vehicle had faced other damages previously and they’ve managed to make it a wonderful experience once again. Great friendly workers! I think everyone should go here if ever put in a messy predicament.

Phone calls weren’t returned when told they would be and I felt out of the loop despite trying to stay in it. Very pleasant during drop off and pick up but not much service in between!

It took a month and a half to get my car back but, Caliber Collision kept me up to date on the phone every day. The first window came in and it was damaged through shipping. They helped me out so I could leave my vehicle in their shop. The window that was damaged was my sun roof. A tree branch fell on the top of my vehicle. I needed to keep it in a garage, for they put some window film on the top of the car window. When I finally got my vehicle back I was very happy with the job that they had done. They even cleaned up the inside of the car. Very much impressed with the job Caliber Collision has done. I rated the job an 8 because of the time it took. The time wasn't their fault. Was the fault of the people who shipped the window. So actually I give Caliber Collision a 10. Whomever shipped the window in the first place I give them a 3.

Took my wife’s car in for some hail damage repairs. Shop kept in constant contact with us about repairs, offered to come in on the weekend to ensure we could pick up our vehicle and it came our looking better than when it came off the lot. Highly recommend utilizing their services of you have a car in need of repairs.
