Overall, I was pleased with the result. However, the lack of communication and continuous delays were real issues for me.

I feel there was a definite lack of communication from the start. The estimate alone took a week and a half to complete, and I was told 3 different times that "someone would call me". No one did! Once repairs began, I did receive phone calls. On three separate occasions I was given a specific date my car would be finished, only to have those days arrive, and no word. When I called, something had happened to cause a delay. I can understand this, but would have appreciated a call with this information. Sadly, my experience here was very stressful.

Communication could have been way better. I would have rescheduled my appointment had I known the parts weren't in. Especially considering my car was driveable...only had hail damage. I was told 1-2 days for repairs when it ended up taking almost two weeks.

They missed a piece of trim when I picked it up. The staff was great in the way they handled it- even offered to cover my rental if it went over what my insurance would cover. Great staff there and my vehicle looks great!

PDR on first vehicle was excellent. When painting and body part replacement was required, end result was good, but several flaws visible to the untrained eye should have been caught before returning vehicle to customer.
